Welcome to Inspired ABC’s Occupational Therapy
Connect • Thrive • Participate
Inspired ABC’s Occupational Therapy supports children and families at home, school, and within the community to participate more confidently in everyday activities and build greater independence.
Therapy focuses on helping children develop the skills they need for daily life by addressing physical, emotional, sensory, and cognitive barriers that may make participation challenging.
Through collaborative, strengths-based support, we work together to help children grow, learn, and thrive in the activities that matter most to them.
Our Approach
At Inspired ABC’s we support children and families through three key foundations:
Connection
Building safe, trusting relationships with children and caregivers to support emotional safety, understanding, and growth.
Thriving
Helping children develop body awareness, emotional regulation, confidence, and practical life skills so they can participate meaningfully and thrive in everyday life.
Participation
Supporting children to build the practical skills needed to participate confidently in everyday activities at home, school and in the community.
